Schedule:
Day Shifts: 7:00am 3:30pm
Evening Shift: 3:00pm 11:30pm
Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, guests, or clients
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests
- Coordinate deliveries, packages, and vendor access
- Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed
- Support events or special requests as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury or high-touch service environments

- On-site role
