Safety & Training Manager

RATP Dev USA is seeking a Safety & Training Manager to lead and support safety, compliance, and employee training programs for our transit operations in Woodfin, NC. This position is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies, and developing effective training programs for employees across the operation. The Safety & Training Manager works closely with operations, maintenance, human resources, and management to identify safety risks, improve employee performance, and ensure employees receive the training necessary to safely and effectively perform their duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr RATP Dev USA
