As an Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to drive sales, develop your team, and ensure operational excellence every day.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and retain top talent while building a positive team culture.
• Drive sales through excellent execution, hospitality, and operational standards.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Manage inventory, ordering, labor, and cost controls to achieve business goals.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and create loyal, repeat customers.
• Step into the General Manager role when needed to ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and restaurant operations.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
