Project Manager

Project ManagerInsight Global is seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for end-to-end management of external-facing projects, and will provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams comprised of business stakeholders. This role will be a member of the Project Management team and help manage project and order fulfillment processes across our customer portfolio. It will require the use of good judgement and skill to execute a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the effort. This role works closely alongside Sales Account Executives and will require the use of effective communication to ensure customer requirements are managed and fulfilled. The role will also require a consultative approach to engage the appropriate people, processes, tools and to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role will act as a team builder to promote empowerment of the team, creating a safe environment for failing fast and learning, engagement and participation of team members and encourage a sustainable pace that can maintain quality.Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of Project Management experience supporting vendor-driven, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or capital projects.Experience developing and managing third-party Statements of Work (SOWs).Experience overseeing competitive bid processes, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and third-party relationship management.Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment, including quality documentation, invoice validation, budget oversight, and resolution of vendor or contract-related disputes.Bachelors degree in business management, project management, or related fieldPMP, CAPM, or similar certificationNice to Have Skills & Experience:AI or Analytical Background
