Secret Baseline 9 SPY Radar System Instructor

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Secret Baseline 9 SPY Radar System Instructor to support a defensive training program in Dahlgren, VA. This individual will develop and deliver classroom and laboratory instruction to personnel on AEGIS Baseline 9 SPY radar systems, including radar theory, system operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, alignment, and fault isolation. The instructor will evaluate student performance, maintain training records, support curriculum updates, and ensure training materials remain technically accurate and aligned with current standards. This role requires a strong background with AEGIS SPY radar systems, experience training and mentoring personnel in a technical environment, and the ability to support operational readiness through effective instruction and curriculum development. The pay for this role ranges from $30/hour-$42.5/hour, based on experience.
