Description We’re hiring a master level Therapist / Social Worker / Counselor to join our new Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in Stoughton, WI community since last January (2026). Role Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Location Stoughton, Wisconsin Setting Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP) Population Older Adults, Ages 65+ Salary Up to $80,000/ year, dependent upon experience Schedule Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p) *PMC can provide supervision for provisionally licensed Therapists, Counselors, and Social Workers. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!
