Employee Benefits Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing smaller group accounts (50 lives or less) and requires a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, a proven track record of account management, and a desire to grow within a stable and supportive environment. Compensation Package Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (up to $85,000 for candidates meeting all qualifications) Benefits Offered: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of employee benefits accounts, from A-Z, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Conduct enrollment meetings in San Antonio, providing clear and professional guidance to clients. Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage and streamline account processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all accounts. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 8 years in employee benefits account management is highly preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Licensing: Active Life & Health (L&H) license is mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator software is required. Schedule: Hybrid work schedule (a few days in the office per week). Initial onsite training required. Other Requirements: A stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to long-term employment.
