Technical Field Trainer - AI Enablement 
Hybrid/WFH in the following cities : Seattle WA, Chicago IL, San Francisco CA, New York NY, Dallas TX, Washington DC, Boston MA, Atlanta GA, Los Angeles CA, Houston TX

Offering : Up to $175k + benefits and an opportunity to with one of the global leaders in AI

Our Field Trainers serve as the face of our platform with Tier 1 partners worldwide, driving adoption and technical confidence across diverse audiences in markets including the US, UK, India, France, Germany, Australia, and Japan.

The Role
This is a technical, customer-facing training role. You will deliver instructor-led bootcamps, hands-on labs, and workshops to audiences ranging from software engineers and solution architects to sales teams and executive stakeholders. You are not expected to build or implement production solutions -- your job is to teach, facilitate, and troubleshoot in live environments with confidence and clarity.

What We Are Looking For

• Background in technical training, developer education, technical consulting, or enablement
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, generative AI, and AI application development workflows
• Comfort guiding labs and workshops using APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience troubleshooting live in workshop or lab environments
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned region
• Preferred: experience with RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, or enterprise enablement programs at scale
• Preferred: fluency in a regional language relevant to assigned market (Hindi, French, German, Japanese, etc.)
