Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and support individualized care and rehab plans. Working closely with RNs, therapists, physicians, residents, and families, this role promotes dignity, safety, recovery, and quality of life.
