Regulatory Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support our growing compliance team and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.

Position Overview

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring Benecard maintains compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, CMS regulations, and other federal and state requirements. This role is responsible for regulatory research, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and supporting enterprise-wide compliance initiatives across pharmacy, vision, and healthcare operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for a compliance professional with experience in healthcare, managed care, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or regulatory affairs located in Bonita Springs Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, interpret, and analyze regulatory and legal requirements, including CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and state laws
  • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
  • Support compliance efforts related to pharmacy, optometry, opticians, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
  • Communicate regulatory updates and ensure internal stakeholders understand and implement requirements
  • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, manuals, and contracts
  • Contribute to the organization's Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) program
  • Evaluate internal requests, assess regulatory applicability, identify risks, and provide compliance recommendations
  • Identify compliance risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Track and report on regulatory compliance metrics, KPIs, and audit findings
  • Develop compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, including Compliance Committees and Board-level reporting
  • Support enterprise-wide compliance training programs and communication initiatives
  • Manage compliance projects and regulatory initiatives across multiple departments
  • Maintain and manage compliance databases and documentation systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or Associate degree (AS)
  • Minimum 3+ years of current proven experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or healthcare compliance roles
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, CMS regulations, or healthcare regulatory frameworks
  • Background in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, managed care, or vision/optometry regulation
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and risk management practices

  • Experience with compliance tracking tools, databases, or SharePoint (preferred)

  • Minimal travel required
