• Join a team of 36 hospitalist physicians and 14 advanced practice providers
• Flexible blend of medicine 12-hour shifts (7 am - 7 pm) and pediatric 24-hour shifts
• Average 8 medicine and 3 pediatric shifts per month for med-peds providers
• Additional shifts available for those seeking increased clinical hours
• Semi-open ICU with subspecialty support and regional referral network
• Hospital employed, over $300K salary, incentives, and benefits package
• Central Washington community is under 3 hour drive to Seattle or Spokane
• Med-ped physicians available now or 2027 med-ped residents considered
