Loan Servicing Representative

Exception Report Development
Develop and maintain an exception report for first mortgage closing packages.
Track and file recorded mortgages, title policies and any other post closing documents.
Notify management of any ongoing issues or concerns with regard to the closing attorneys such as slow turn around, inaccuracies, etc.
Provide tax escrow coordinator with necessary documentation needed to set up escrow information.
Audit all Home Equity Loans and Lines for co
