Quality Technician

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is hiring a Quality Technician in its Wellford, SC office. Engage in continual improvement activities. Interface with suppliers and handle customer complaints. Inspect and analyze components and products for conformance to specifications. Develop inspection instructions. Perform system audits to ensure procedures are being followed. Gather data to support continual improvement activity. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2‑year degree with HS diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience. Knowledgeable of inspection and analysis techniques. Familiar with a QMS such as ISO9000:2000. Preferable to hold a certification such as the CQT. Physical Demands Standing for extended periods. Repetitive motion. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers. Frequent lifting up to 50lbs; team lifts over 50lbs. Ability to work in various temperature conditions.
