Answer questions, educate customers, and offer solutions that lead to potential sales. Recommend the right plans and products, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Stay up to date with training to become an expert in operations, customer service, and sales. Perform all required opening and closing duties. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends Capable for standing for extended periods of time U.S. Work Authorization: You must be authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED required.
