Sales Caller / Business Development Representative

We're looking for a confident, highly articulate Sales Caller / Business Development Representative to support a targeted outbound calling campaign. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. You'll be speaking with senior decision-makers at established businesses, including CEOs, COOs, Chairmen, and Founders. The target list is highly targeted and carefully researched, so your ability to communicate professionally, build rapport quickly, and deliver a concise, compelling message is critical. You'll be provided with a punchy, well-developed script and a focused list of prospects. Your role will be to confidently make outbound calls, engage senior executives, and create opportunities for further conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a highly targeted list of business executives
• Speak confidently and naturally with CEOs, COOs, Founders, Chairmen, and other senior decision-makers
• Follow and deliver a structured sales script while keeping conversations conversational
• Quickly establish rapport and credibility over the phone
• Handle initial objections professionally and confidently
• Accurately record call outcomes and prospect information
• Maintain consistent activity and follow-up throughout the week
• Work closely with the business owner and follow feedback to continuously improve performance

What We're Looking For

• Accent-neutral, highly fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills
• A clear, confident, professional telephone manner
• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, business development, or telemarketing
• Comfortable speaking with senior executives and business owners
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Able to follow a sales script while sounding natural rather than robotic
• Comfortable handling objections and maintaining composure during challenging calls
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail when documenting call activity and outcomes
• Preferred Experience
• Experience selling to or communicating with business owners, executives, or senior decision-makers will be highly advantageous.
• Experience with Pipedrive, Airtable, or similar CRM/database systems is also a plus. The campaign will primarily use Airtable.
• $1,100 - $1,300 a month
• Hours: Part Time 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday
