\n \nPosition Summary
The orthopedic clinic APP is a key provider within the ambulatory orthopedic team, focusing on comprehensive musculoskeletal care in the outpatient setting. They collaborate closely with patients, family members, and a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic conditions, ensuring optimal recovery and mobility.\n\n This position specializes in assessing and managing orthopedic injuries and conditions, providing non-surgical treatment options, and overseeing rehabilitation strategies. The clinic APP will perform joint injections, arthrocentesis, diagnostic imaging reviews, and minor outpatient procedures while educating patients on injury prevention and long-term musculoskeletal health. Additionally, they contribute to evidence-based orthopedic care, optimizing treatment protocols and supporting continuity of care.Responsibilities •Evaluation and diagnosis of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries•Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans•Joint injections, arthrocentesis, and other minor outpatient procedures•Interpretation of diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans)•Postoperative care management, including wound assessment, pain control, and rehabilitation guidance•Patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and orthopedic health•Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to hospital policies and regulations•Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care•Participate in clinic-based call rotation as neededRequirements•Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment •DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority •Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association\n \n

\n \nPay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $172,000.00 - $172,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.\n \nAssociated benefit information can be viewed here.
