Gauge design experience is niche but highly valuable.

Technical skills required:

AutoCAD Inventor (preferred).
3D modeling & design experience.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).

Soft skills:

Strong communication at all levels, from shop floor to executive leadership.
Self-directed —able to take requirements and drive the project independently.
Collaborative & adaptable —no egos, informal work culture (blue jeans environment).
