Mancan Staffing is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused part time office assistant to join our team. This position will float between the Millersburg, Wooster, and Mt Vernon offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and being part of a fast-paced office environment. The right candidate may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Hours: 8am-5pm, 3-4 days per week
Pay: $18/hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome applicants and assist them through the application process
- Conduct applicant interviews
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- File and organize paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews and encourage them to complete the application process
- Perform light telemarketing and recruiting calls to generate applicants
- Assist with general office and administrative duties

Qualifications:
- Previous office, administrative, customer service, or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with applicants and customers
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Must be organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable with excellent attendance
