Your Key Responsibilities

• Employ advanced radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce precise diagnostic images for physician review
• Work closely with radiologists and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnosis
• Ensure ideal patient positioning and equipment calibration for optimal imaging outcomes
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and healthcare colleagues
• Keep comprehensive records including imaging logs and maintenance updates
• Deliver outstanding patient care, enhancing comfort throughout the imaging experience
• Foster a well-organized, safe, and efficient imaging environment

Educational Background

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Completion of an accredited radiology program

Necessary Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is required
• Current BLS certification or ability to acquire within 90 days of hire

Essential Skills for Success

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and strict adherence to safety guidelines
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving demands
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability
• Comfort with technology including PACS, RIS, and latest imaging applications
