About the Role

\n

McCourt Partners is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications , to help drive communications across the company and its portfolio of real estate development and investment activities.

\n

\n

Reporting to EVP, Communications, the Senior Manager will be a key member of a lean, high-impact team responsible for translating McCourt Partners’ business priorities, projects and initiatives into compelling communications across multiple audiences and channels.

\n

\n

This is a broad communications role for a versatile professional who can move comfortably from strategy to execution. The Senior Manager will help develop and execute communications and marketing strategies surrounding major projects and launches; create content and messaging across corporate and digital channels; support executive communications; and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

\n

\n

The successful candidate will be an excellent writer and storyteller with strong judgment, a good eye for design digital fluency and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Just as importantly, this individual will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities move quickly, teams are lean and people are expected to take ownership and get things done.

Responsibilities:

\n

Integrated Communications & Major Initiatives

\n

\n
• Partner with the EVP, Communications to develop and execute communications strategies supporting McCourt Partners’ business, projects and key initiatives.
\n
• Lead communications and marketing planning and execution around significant projects, launches, announcements, milestones and events
\n
• Translate complex business initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for a range of audiences
\n
• Develop integrated communications and marketing plans across earned, owned, digital and social channels
\n
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure communications are timely, consistent and aligned with company priorities
\n

Content, Digital & Social

\n

\n
• Develop high-quality content across a range of formats, including corporate announcements, website content, collateral, presentations, talking points, newsletters and social media
\n
• Identify compelling stories across McCourt Partners and its projects and determine the most effective channels and formats through which to tell them
\n
• Lead the day-to-day strategy, planning and execution of McCourt Partners’ social media presence and editorial calendar
\n
• Use performance and engagement insights to continually strengthen digital and social content
\n
• Maintain a consistent voice and narrative across corporate communications

Media & Executive Communications

\n

\n
• Support media strategy and execution around company announcements, projects, transactions and other significant developments
\n
• Develop press materials, key messages, briefing materials and executive talking points
\n
• Help prepare senior leaders for media interactions, public appearances and other external events
\n
• Coordinate with external communications agencies and partners as appropriate
\n
• Monitor relevant media and industry conversations and identify issues and opportunities requiring a communications response
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Advertising, Journalism, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
\n
• Significant progressive experience in corporate, integrated or external communications within a sophisticated, fast-moving organization
\n
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing communications around major launches, projects, announcements or initiatives
\n
• Exceptional writing and editing skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging communications
\n
• Strong digital and social media capabilities, including both content development and channel strategy
\n
• Experience working with media, senior executives and external communications partners
\n
• Excellent project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines
\n
• Strong judgment, discretion and attention to detail.
\n
• Ideally, knowledge of the real estate industry, including its media, business, civic and cultural landscape
\n
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, consumer, entertainment, technology or another industry involving major launches, projects or highly visible brands would be valuable but is not required
\n

The expected salary range for this position is $180,000 -$200,000 annually. Total compensation for this role also includes a bonus incentive in addition to the base salary. The actual offer will be determined on factors including the qualifications, experience, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
