SWTHZ Contrast Therapy Studio is hiring a dependable, high-energy cleaner for our busy weekend schedule.This is not a slow or casual cleaning job. It is fast-paced, physical, and busy.Two private sauna + cold plunge suites exit every 15 minutes, and rooms must be fully cleaned and reset in about 7 minutes back-to-back during peak times. If you like staying active and moving with purpose, youll enjoy this role.Availability Requirements: Minimum 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per monthSaturday 11:30am to 5:30pmSunday 11:30am to 5:30pmWhat the job involves:Cleaning and sanitizing sauna, cold plunge, and shower areas after each sessionManaging laundry all shift (wash, dry, fold, restock)Keeping lobby, hallways, beauty bar, and restroom spotlessRestocking suppliesStaying proactive during downtimeYou will be on your feet the entire shift. The role requires squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You must be comfortable working quickly and efficiently.Our sales team helps when possible, but this role requires someone who is self-starting and takes pride in high standards.This position is ideal for someone who:Prefers staying busyIs reliable and punctualWorks well without constant supervisionTakes pride in cleanliness and detailWants consistent weekend hoursLocation: Vestavia Hills (Cahaba Heights)
