About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the next phase of growth for its emerging franchise brand. The CEO will be a key figure in leading the overall strategy, execution, and performance of the franchisor organization. This pivotal role demands a proven leader with a strong operational background, capable of driving franchise development, unit economics, and system-wide revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the operational infrastructure, processes, and leadership teams to support rapid expansion, as well as partnering with franchisees to ensure strong unit performance, brand consistency, and long-term profitability.
