The Right of Way Project Manager will work closely with HDR leadership to drive program growth in the area through successful execution of right of way services. The Right of Way Project Manager will provide end-to-end right of way project management for small, medium, and large or complex transportation, power, and water projects as part of HDR's cross sector services. This position will involve working as a part of standalone right of way or multidisciplined project teams and may involve working on several projects concurrently. Responsibilities include:Plan and manage all aspects of basic to complex, small, medium, and large right of way projectsManage project execution to ensure the work is completed within parameters of agreed to contract, budget and scheduleParticipate in project financial reviews with area accounting and leadership teamCoordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including internal and external resourcesManage the execution of technical tasks such as land valuation, title research, property assessments, risk analysis, negotiation and acquisition of land rights, construction coordination, and utility relocation/coordinationAdhere to company QA/QC proceduresEstablish and maintain positive client relationshipsParticipate in marketing, project pursuits, proposal development, and contract negotiationsAct as a subject matter expert for the local area right of way marketPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Certification from the Project Management InstituteCertification from the International Right of Way AssociationExperience executing right of way programs for linear projects preferably in the power sectorRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience7 years related experienceA minimum of 2 years project management experienceAbility to interact with various design teams, excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal)An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustHDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. Colorado: $108,994.00 - $180,290.00
