Product Manager, Agent Development - San Francisco

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year

Requirements:

We bring 5-7+ years of experience building highly technical products.

We have prior experience in Product Management or a comparable product development role at or above Senior Product Manager level.

We can craft and adapt messaging for prospective customers, including executives.

We can explain complex technical ideas to both non-technical and technical audiences, including recent AI developments.

We hold a degree in a technical or related discipline, or we have equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have: AI-related product development experience, especially with AI agents.

Nice to have: some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.

Nice to have: an MBA or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have: prior roles working directly with end customers to influence software development.

Responsibilities:

We partner closely with our engineers and customers to build and launch enterprise-grade AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations each day.

We work with customers at all levels of their organization to discover needs, assess requirements, and tailor solutions.

We prepare and deliver demonstrations of our agent product.

We address technical obstacles in business processes by collaborating with technical counterparts.

We refine our virtual agents so they fit and anticipate customer needs and workflows.

We become trusted advisors and help drive strategic technical direction for our customers.

We collaborate with engineering and product development to define and implement new capabilities critical to customer success.
