The Sales Representative is responsible for interacting and consulting with customers and guiding them through their vehicle purchase. The goal for the role is to create the best vehicle-buying experience and to make lifelong customers. Requirements Responsibilities
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Manage sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance.
- Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Requires professional demeanor and uses effective communication skills
- Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills, and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date
- Excellent follow up and follow through skills
Salary Description
$2,800 - $11,000 paid monthly including bonuses
