What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for an AI-powered content generation platform.
• Develop responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using React and JavaScript.
• Create and maintain robust backend services and APIs utilizing Python.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to rapidly ship user-facing features.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance to support a growing global user base.
• Work across the tech stack to debug issues, enhance reliability, and iterate quickly.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and experience with JavaScript and React for modern frontend applications.
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from database to UI.
• Experience in fast-paced, product-driven engineering environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote-first team.

Preferred

• Experience building developer platforms, data tools, or AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data systems.
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks beyond React.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $180K, with the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact in the evolving field of generative AI.
