- Closing responsibilities inclusive of outlet set up & breakdown.
- Scheduling
- Ownership of Bars
- Beverage Operation responsibilities
- Beverage Ordering and Controlling
- Beverage Inventories
- Bar Consumables/Ordering
- Time Clock & Tip Auditing
- Leading the team during service in all aspects to ensure the hospitality and service standards are being met at all times
- Embracing the ethos of Renwick Hospitality Group
- Being a protector of your staff and helping meet team members' expectations
