Are you ambitious and a goal setter? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Fort Mill is looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Associates. This is a sales role, and it is ideal for those who are confident in their ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Meet membership sales goals : Sell monthly memberships to help the spa thrive.
- Manage front desk : Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Recommend and sell spa services : Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and communicate its value to clients. Don’t worry - we’ll train you on our services!
- Provide excellent customer service : Deliver a friendly and welcoming environment for guests and members.
- Bring a positive attitude : Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness standards : Ensure the spa is pristine and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment (preferred)
- Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
