Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator | $18.00 HR | 1st and 2nd Shift

We’re hiring a reliable Forklift Operator to join a busy distribution team. If you have solid equipment experience and enjoy staying active, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift options:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

What you’ll do

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment

• Load, unload, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently

• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners or pick lists

• Verify product quantities and locations to ensure accuracy

• Stage and prepare shipments for outbound delivery

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks

• Perform equipment checks and report any issues

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting

• Experience with RF scanners and order picking

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals

• Team player with solid reliability and work ethic

Work environment

• Busy distribution center with standard warehouse equipment

• Physical role – standing, walking, lifting, and frequent movement

• Work around loading docks, racking systems, and shipping areas

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
