Based at our Shiloh location in Shiloh, IL, this role blends personalized customer service with sales, operational accuracy, and community engagement. If you enjoy helping people reach their financial goals and thrive in a relationship-focused, local banking environment, this role may be a great fit.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through proactive, personalized serviceOpen and service consumer deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of depositIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services (e.g., loans, digital banking tools, credit solutions)Conduct financial conversations that support customers' short- and long-term goalsProcess customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other related services.Process routine transactions accurately while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirementsResolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficientlySupport branch goals through referrals, cross-selling, and teamworkCollaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectivesQualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred1+ years of prior experience in retail banking, financial services, sales, or customer service preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build trust and rapport with a diverse customer baseDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable using banking systems and standard office technologyAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based branch environmentYou'll be part of a bank that values relationships, integrity, and community involvement.
