Junior Trial Attorney

Junior Litigation Associate - New York Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a junior litigation associate with 1-3 years of experience for its New York office. This role involves a variety of litigation matters including intellectual property, trademark, employment and other commercial litigation matters, with opportunities for motion and trial practice. The salary for this position is between $225k to $270k. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, which may include trademark, intellectual property, employment or other litigation matters. Experience with all phases of litigation preferred, including drafting pleadings, performinng discovery, motion practice, trial and appeal. Interest in taking depositions, oral arguments, motion drafting, and other hands-on litigation work. New York bar admission is required, or ability to become admitted in New York. New Jersey bar is a plus [not required], Excellent research and writing skills; strong academic credentials.
