The BMS Patient Services Specialist Endo/IM Part-time position is dedicated to providing exceptional support and guidance to patients within the endocrinology and internal medicine therapeutic areas. This role focuses on facilitating patient access to services by navigating insurance processes, coordinating benefits verification, and assisting with patient assistance programs and patient quality care programs. The specialist acts as a vital liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services by managing patient inquiries and resolving barriers to treatment, the role significantly contributes to improving patient outcomes and satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in patient services, healthcare administration, or a related field.
