Global Insights Director, Rare Disease - Remote

Amgen seeks a Global Insights Director for Rare Disease to lead a team delivering strategic commercial insights across TEPEZZA, UPLIZNA, KRYSTEXXA, and pipeline assets. You will integrate internal data, secondary analytics, and primary market research to shape franchise strategy and decision making. You will partner with Marketing, Value & Access, Forecasting, and other functions, communicating insights to senior leaders and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
