Opportunity We are seeking an experienced product, planning and design expert in the Life Insurance profession. The role involves advising clients on best options, building design reviews, and executing strategy and creative solutions within our integrated insurance solutions platform. Position Responsibilities Support key external and internal clients. Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables. Play an important role in Vanbridge’s growth and management, ensuring connectivity across all communications while guiding and supporting partners in strategy and execution. Strong aptitude in technology, including AI, Claude and other tools. Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills. Highly customer‑focused with the ability to think strategically and provide a clear vision that promotes team collaboration. Excel in a fast‑paced environment with changing business priorities and technological needs. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance. Analyze various life insurance policies to determine the best fit for clients’ financial plans. Provide tailored recommendations on life insurance policies that align with clients’ objectives. Assist clients with application processes, policy management, and necessary adjustments. Educate clients on the benefits and features of annuity and life insurance solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with advisors to integrate annuity and life insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the life insurance industry and individual life products. Prepare presentation materials and correspondence for client meetings. Work collaboratively with advisors to ensure timely and accurate planning execution. Proactively seek new opportunities and respond to clients professionally. Maintain carrier product information, rate changes, and rules. Desired Skills and Experience Minimum 5+ years of related experience. Experience in insurance and financial services. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Expertise in life portfolio products. Knowledge of Life, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (preferred or achievable within 90 days). Working knowledge of insurance industry software. High confidentiality and client service orientation. Proven track record with cross‑training, task‑sharing and teamwork. Project management skills, including prioritization and change management. Proficiency in AI, Claude, Microsoft Office and CRM applications. Strong business acumen and influence skills. Internal communication and stakeholder engagement capability. Passion for learning and continuous improvement. Compensation The national average salary for this role is $65 000.00 – $80 000.00 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity and market data.
