Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Perform detailed behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions. Design, implement, and monitor behavior-analytic interventions that address a variety of needs. Apply assessment and intervention methods in diverse and novel situations. Train staff to carry out effective and ethical interventions grounded in research. Submit session documentation, progress reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner. Ensure that ABA providers are accurately collecting data following The Learning Tree’s standards. Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Supervisory Responsibilities Lead and supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to maintain a high level of service delivery. Offer direct supervision and individualized support to team members. Revise treatment plans based on data trends and continuous assessment results. Ensure the accurate and appropriate collection of data by team members. Provide face‑to‑face parent training and participate in treatment planning as necessary. Qualifications for Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Must hold BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Possess an active, valid, and unrestricted certification or license to deliver applied behavior analytic services within the state of service. Willingness to travel between client locations as needed.
