Adecco is hiring immediately for a Metrology Technician with a local client in San Jose, CA. Pay is $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr base before differential.

Duties:

· Shifts:

• Thursday - Saturday, rotating Wednesdays, 6:00am - 6:30pm

• Thursday - Saturday, rotating Wednesdays, 6:00pm - 6:30am

• Sunday - Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays 6:00am - 6:30pm

• Sunday - Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays, 6:00pm - 6:30am.

· Perform operation of assigned semiconductor process equipment

· Perform basic system qualification of assigned semiconductor process equipment

· Support process demonstrations for internal/external customers

· Compile and update process data, and specifications.

· Use real time database to monitor/input data and track performance of equipment and production activities to requirements of assigned equipment

Qualifications:

· Technical Degree with 1+ years of industry experience OR 4+ years of industry experience in Semiconductor Fab production and/or R&D environment preferred.

· Hands-on experience operating semiconductor processing equipment, including Metrology, PVD, CVD, RTP, Etch, ECP, Clean, Metal Dep., and Lithography processing equipment preferred

· Reasonable analytical skills

· Reasonable problem solving and troubleshooting skills

· Moderate oral and written communication skills

· Experience interfacing with members of various departments

· Reasonable understanding of cleanroom protocol

· Reasonable organizational and interpersonal skills

· Reasonable computer skills

· Good attention to detail.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
