Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
