Opportunity:

Cath Lab RN

Job Details:

• 4x10 day shifts, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call required 1-2 nights per week, one weekend in a six-week period, with possible holiday call
• Self-scheduling type
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred
• Previous charge experience required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Types of cases include: Right and Left Heart Cath Diagnostic, PCI, Complex PCI, CTO, ASA, PFO/ASD, MitralClip, Watchman, PTMV, TAVR, Peripheral, and Vascular
• 5 Cath lab rooms plus Hybrid OR
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics with a daily census of 23
• Interdisciplinary support available including Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency
• South Carolina or multi-state/compact license required at start of contract
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required skills: Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, and Scrub Procedures
• Pre-approved time off: two days
• Orientation hours: 40

The Cath Lab operates across multiple procedure rooms, including a Hybrid OR, and is supported by a robust interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and interpretation services. The facility maintains high standards of patient care and provides a dynamic environment for experienced cardiovascular nursing professionals.
