Job Duties : Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. (Relocation not required. Travel up to 25%). May telecommute. (6181.1832)

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Consultant-related occupation. Position requires:

1. Backend web development using Java8+, J2EE, JSP and Servlets with practical experience with caching framework and front-end development using Angular, React JS, JavaScript;

2. Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security and Spring Data JPA / Hibernate;

3. Practical experience with core AWS services relevant to application deployment and management. Containerization & Orchestration using Docker and AWS ECS;

4. Hands on experience in database using Oracle PL SQL, MYSQL, PostgreSQL;

5. Unix/Linux – Shell scripting, Autosys scheduling, Spring Cron;

6. Jasper Reports, XML, XSLT, JSON, JBoss EAP, Tomcat, WebLogic, Maven, Log4j, Grafana, Cloud Watch; and,

7. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile with hands on experience to DevOps tools.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $131,997 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
