The HRIS Manager oversees the Human Resource Information System to optimize HR operations and data management. This role includes managing system administration, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HR training and development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Manage HRIS administration and ensure system functionality
Coordinate and deliver training programs related to HR systems
Support development initiatives to improve HR processes
Lead employee onboarding processes
