Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Position Overview The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff serving high-acuity or extended support clients, ensuring services meet licensing, medical standards, and agency policies. This role involves staff orientation, supervision, and acting as a clinical expert to support operational and financial goals. Key responsibilities include planning and managing clinical programs, assisting with agency growth, investigating client complaints, recruiting and training staff, evaluating service quality, conducting home visits, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising clinical staff, and managing caseloads.
