Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are open for skilled Occupational Therapists to be integral members of a dedicated, student-focused team during the 2026-2027 school year.

Your work will reach children and adolescents from preschool through high school across three different schools, with thoughtfully balanced caseloads reflecting the unique needs at each site—including specialized and pre-K programs. All new hires are required to attend the Summer Symposium and orientation July 27–31st before the academic year launches. Positions begin August 3rd, with students arriving August 11th. This engaging assignment runs through May 21st, 2027.

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado OT license.
• Colorado Department of Education (DOE) licensure.
• Current DORA certification.
• Prior pediatric/school-based OT experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and travel between school locations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40-60 students (mix of direct and indirect service).
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary staff to support educational and developmental goals.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Support students in both traditional and specialized/early childhood classroom settings.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as required.
