Position Overview:
• Become part of a collaborative hospital medical team through this employed, inpatient-centric role that offers substantial ERCP case volumes, opportunities for program expansion, and a generous 22 weeks of time off each year.
• We are in search of an Advanced Gastroenterologist skilled in ERCP, with our facility performing approximately 600 ERCP procedures annually. A desire to develop EUS services is also a plus.
• Our organization operates a 280-bed hospital affiliated with a prominent university, serving as a regional referral hub for nearby communities. We utilize Epic EMR for our electronic health records.
• There is a leadership role available for seasoned physicians interested in mentoring others and contributing to program development.
• The compensation package includes a guaranteed salary of $632,000, along with additional incentives based on productivity and quality, plus a recruitment incentive package of up to $100,000.
• Comprehensive HR benefits are provided, including paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, excellent retirement plans, tax-deferred savings options, and more. This site is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
• Support for J1 and H1B visa candidates is available.
