Nurse Practitioner, Gastroenterology

We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our gastroenterology team, focused on patients with medical weight loss.


Our team is a dynamic, academic gastroenterology practice where you can work collaboratively alongside nationally recognized experts, learn new things every day, and be a part of a compassionate, team-oriented group that integrates 3 missions (clinical, education and research) into the day-to-day work of all team members.


Position Details:

• Flexible Full-time, Day Shift
  • No weekends, holidays, or call
• 100% outpatient
• No procedures
• The primary practice location is the DaLD Clinic at the Spring Mill Office, with opportunities to rotate periodically at the DaLD Clinic at IU Health University Hospital.
• Work directly with 2 physicians and 1 advanced practice providers

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree required
• Must be board eligible or board certified
• Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana
• PA, FNP, or ACNP certification required
• Ideal candidates are quick learners, team players, ambitious and adaptable

IU Health University Hospital is a 440-bed major teaching hospital and a recognized leader in technology. Part of the IU Health Adult Academic Health Center, IU Health University Hospital is currently ranked by U.S. News and World Report as the No. 1 hospital in the state of Indiana .


IU Health University Hospital is home to outstanding, nationally recognized programs, and the largest transplant program by volume in the state. It serves as a tertiary referral center for highly subspecialized care in oncology, hematology, bone marrow transplant and solid organ transplant, and is recognized for excellence in gastroenterology, pulmonology and many surgical subspecialties.
