Pay: $30.00–$33.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses of up to 15% of annual base earnings.

DHILLONCO Hotel Management is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager for our Hampton Inn & Suites in Elk Grove, California.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, hospitality sales experience, and a proven ability to generate new business and increase hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share.

• Identify and secure new corporate accounts, group bookings, and extended-stay business.

• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, hotel tours, and networking activities.

• Build relationships with local businesses and corporate travel managers throughout Elk Grove and Sacramento.

• Manage corporate RFPs, negotiated rates, group proposals, and sales leads.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, account production, and sales pipelines.

• Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate revenue team to achieve revenue goals.

• Maintain Hilton brand standards and support guest satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience preferred.

• Hilton or Hampton Inn experience strongly preferred.
  
  
• Proven success in generating corporate and group business.

• Understanding of hotel revenue management, ADR, RevPAR, and RGI.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable conducting outside sales.

• Knowledge of the Sacramento and Elk Grove markets preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00–$33.00 per hour , based on experience.
