Program Lead, Transformation & Enablement (Fully Remote)
ServiceNow
- Enable the Service Delivery team to execute at an elite level by driving rigor and governance.
- Leverage the ServiceNow AI platform to develop scalable resources and own the training strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Own new-hire onboarding program for global PECs with industry-benchmarked instructional design.
- Design and launch the advisor readiness application, partnering with technical teams.
- Run the monthly quality audit program and translate findings into improvement recommendations.
What are we looking for:
- High autonomy and comfort operating with ambiguity, translating priorities into executable programs.
- Practical experience applying AI capabilities to content creation or operational enablement.
- Strong operations background with fluency in training and process governance.
