Location: Naperville, IL (606057) Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador of Panera Warmth, greeting every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble salads, soups, sandwiches and manage stations (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.) with care, accuracy and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier or dining areas and stay on the move to meet guest needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and complete cleaning and stocking duties to support the next shift. Strong interpersonal skills, reliable, punctual, flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication in a loud environment. Fast‑paced, multitasking ability. Basic food safety understanding and practice (Food Handler’s Card as required by law). Food service experience preferred but not required.
