Job Location : 1000 University Center Ln, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30 pm Monday through Thursday with ½ day Friday working from home Job Description: Working in the Card office handling mail and answering card questions. This person should be professional-looking in dress and speak. It would be clerical but have some hands-on duties as well. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product information- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills Proficient in data entry with attention to detail Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism #J-18808-Ljbffr
