Public Marketer, Recruiting Assistant, Administrative Assistant

Personnel Plus is seeking a paid Public Marketer, Recruiting Assistant, and Administrative Assistant in Anchorage, AK (in-person). This role combines recruitment support with social media recruitment marketing and everyday office operations, giving you a chance to contribute across the candidate journey while supporting a fast-moving team. What you’ll do In this position, you will help attract and move candidates forward by blending recruiting coordination with public-facing outreach. Key duties include: Design and implement social media marketing strategies to attract potential candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter . Conduct candidate sourcing using external recruiting networks, campus outreach, and talent management channels. Support full cycle recruiting , including job posting creation, interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations . Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication throughout. Perform research on industry trends, talent pools, and competitive analysis to strengthen recruitment strategy. Assist with onboarding , including employee orientation sessions, contract preparation, and employee evaluation processes. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams through effective relationship management practices. Support training and development initiatives that improve recruitment skills within the organization. Handle core administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and using Microsoft Office , along with other office tasks as needed. Contribute to lead generation efforts for recruitment campaigns through cold calling or outreach initiatives. Tools you’ll use LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter Microsoft Office Canva What you bring Proven experience in recruiting or public marketing . Proficiency in Word and Excel . Experience with Canva (or similar tools used to create flyers and social media marketing materials). Demonstrated ability in social media management for recruitment across multiple platforms. Excellent negotiation skills and strong communication abilities for engaging candidates and stakeholders. Background in sales or lead generation related to recruitment is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail . Pay and work setting $20.00 - $25.00 per hour .
