About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) to spearhead its technology and digital transformation strategy. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, strategic technology executive with a strong background in software engineering, application development, or enterprise application leadership. Key responsibilities for the CITO include developing and executing a technology strategy that aligns with organizational priorities, leading digital transformation initiatives, and overseeing application delivery and modernization. The role demands a leader who can balance long-term vision with disciplined execution, and who is adept at guiding enterprise architecture, technology standards, and data and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, a passion for improving user experiences, and the ability to influence and drive change through collaboration and partnership. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring that technology investments enhance digital service delivery, advance data and analytics capabilities, and drive innovation across the enterprise. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and modern application delivery, and experience in Agile environments. The CITO will also be tasked with establishing technology governance frameworks, leading high-performing technology teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. While not mandatory, experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries, as well as exposure to enterprise workflow, CRM, customer experience, or case management platforms, is considered beneficial.
